Once the concept is approved, suitable raw materials and reliable suppliers are selected, ensuring consistent quality and full traceability of materials. 

This is followed by internal laboratory testing, where product effectiveness, stability, and safety are evaluated. 

An important part of the process also includes testing in our own test facilities, enabling verification of product performance under real-life conditions of use. 

The process concludes with pilot production, which confirms the stability and repeatability of the manufacturing process.
