HR Manager (f/m)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading, shaping, and organizing the HR function
• Planning and developing programs for competency and talent assessment, as well as employee development and training in line with the company’s strategy and goals
• Managing recruitment and selection processes, including hiring, scholarships, onboarding, and employee rotation
• Fostering a positive culture and employee engagement

Requirements:

• At least a Master’s degree or a university degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role and responsibilities aligned with the position
• Proficiency in foreign languages; English and Serbian/Croatian required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and HR information systems

Candidates with experience in leading HR projects both locally and internationally will have an advantage.

The ideal candidate is communicative and ambitious, proactive and diligent, capable of working independently and taking full responsibility for leading the HR function, while also being a collaborative, engaged, and supportive team player.

Employment Terms:

Employment will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis with a three-month probation period, with the possibility of permanent employment.
