Head of Biocidal Program Development (m/f)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and organizing the development of biocidal products within the DD PROGRAM (rodent and insect control solutions)
• Designing and implementing strategies for new product development, as well as rationalization, modification, and innovation of existing products
• Monitoring market conditions and development trends
• Providing technological support, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with suppliers and international institutions

What we expect:

• A PhD, postgraduate, or at least a university degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related sciences
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial development role
• Proficiency in foreign languages
• Good command of MS Office tools

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in leading development projects both locally and internationally, as well as those holding a doctoral postgraduate specialization. The ideal candidate is communicative and ambitious, proactive and diligent, independent and responsible in managing the development function, and a committed team player.

The employment contract will be concluded for an indefinite period, with a 6-month probation period.
