Head of Agro Program Development (f/m)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Independent operation of production lines
• Start-up, setup, and cleaning of lines, preparation of raw materials
• Leading and coordinating a small team of colleagues
• Completing production documentation and control records
• Reporting completed work and downtime in SAP/MES
• Ensuring the required product quality
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in production areas

Requirements:

• Secondary-level technical education (electrical technician / mechatronics technician / mechanical technician)
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with people
• Independence and reliability
• Mandatory knowledge of Slovenian and one foreign language
• No previous work experience required

Employment Terms:

Employment will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis with a three-month probation period, with the possibility of permanent employment.
