Head of Agro Program Development (f/m)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and organizing activities related to the development of the agro programme
• Developing and implementing strategies for new product development, as well as optimization, modification, and innovation of existing products
• Monitoring market conditions and analyzing industry trends
• Providing technical support, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with suppliers and international institutions

Requirements:

• PhD, postgraduate, or at least a university degree in Agronomy or Chemical Technology
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in development
• Proficiency in foreign languages
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools

Candidates with experience in leading development projects both locally and internationally, as well as those holding a PhD or postgraduate specialization, will have an advantage.

The ideal candidate is communicative and ambitious, proactive and diligent, capable of working independently and taking full responsibility for leading the development function, while also being a committed team player.

Employment Terms:

Employment will initially be offered on a fixed-term basis with a three-month probation period, with the possibility of permanent employment.
